About Holbrook Tool & Molding Inc.

Holbrook Tool & Molding Inc. is a privately owned tool and injection molding company. Our company is housed in a modern 22,800 square foot building that includes office, design, quality control, manufacturing and cleanroom molding areas. The building is climate controlled and was built in 1986, with the cleanroom completed in 2009.

Tooling

Our tooling department which specializes in close tolerance tooling and component parts to print. The majority of the business in this department is related to plastic injection molding tooling. We design, build and sample injection molds for a variety of industries including electronic, medical, consumer and automotive.

Our capabilities include single or multi cavity tools with conventional runners and hot manifold systems. Also in this department we build component parts to prints supplied by the customer. This business comes from a variety of customers and includes all types of parts and tooling. Our CNC machining and turning centers allow us to offer both small quantity and high volume production runs.

Design

Our design department currently has one seat of KeyCreator and one seat of Pro/ENGINEER. This software gives us the ability to design molds and build component parts using the customers' part print and or electronic files. We offer the convenience of downloading electronic CAD drawings via email for quotation and construction, which saves time and cost.

We also have four cam stations that support Mastercam. This software allows us to download directly to our CNC machines. When the manufacturing processes are completed, we have a full inspection program to insure quality and that all tolerances have been met. Inspection documents are supplied to the customer.

Injection Molding

Our injection molding department, located in a class 100,000 cleanroom. In this department we can do production runs using either molds that we have constructed internally or molds supplied by the customer.

We also use this department to sample molds that we have constructed and are destined to be run in house by the customer. We also have ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certifications for the manufacture and supply of plastic components.
