Grind

Experience in surface grinding

Ability to read blueprints

Must be able to grind round or square steel, carbide, or moldmax

EDM
-
Knowledge or experience in EDMing

CNC EDM experience

Ability to read blueprints

Electrode building & grinding skills
-
Ability to measure and work in tolerances up to .0001”

Have a good selection of personal tools

Must be able to work well with others
Mold Repair / Assembly
-
Knowledge or experience in milling, grinding, and edm
-
Ability to read blueprints
-
Ability to fit tooling and assemble mold per design provided

Ability to troubleshoot and repair damaged molds
-
Have a good selection of personal tools
-
Must be able to work without supervision
-
Must be able to work well with others
